Shakespeare Lions 

Ever wondered how to perform CPR (Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation)? Or how to use a defibrillator?

 

If so, Shakespeare Lions, in association with Stratford Ambulance Association, ran a series of FREE sessions in Stratford on 18th October, 2025. Sessions lasted around 90 minutes and were interactive/ hands-on with everyone being able to practice what they see demonstrated, using dummies and test equipment. The main aims are to:

 

• Provide a basic understanding of when, why and how to perform CPR

• Demonstrate how to use a defibrillator

• Learn how to put someone in the recovery position

• Give you confidence and information to deal with such a situation

 

Sessions were held at Venture House, Avenue Road, 

Stratford upon Avon, CV37 0HR.
