There are many people of mature years (60+ yrs) in Stratford-upon-Avon who would

enjoy a sociable afternoon.

The Stratford Playhouse initiated Kettle On with musical entertainment in March 2019

and our Club, who wanted to serve this valued part of our Community,

offer a Bingo Service every 2 months.

This proves to be a great opportunity to meet new friends, have a good chat over a cup of tea and biscuits and relax in a friendly setting with Music or Bingo.

Not every older person finds it easy to get out and about so we’ve developed

another initiative-our Bingo Service.

Here, we went to where our mature locals live and so between July 2019 - February 2020

we made ten visits to Care Homes and a Dementia Care Group.

Residents really appreciated the opportunity for some Bingo fun and to chat with our Lions.
